Pica Pica Maize Kitchen’s main ingredient is corn. This kitchen offers the flavors of the unexplored, delicious cuisine of Venezuela to American Food lovers.
There are three different types of maize breads:
Arepa: grilled corn flour cake
Cachapa: 100% sweet corn pancake
Maize’wick: sweet corn bread
The menu is based on the very traditional Venezuelan Arepera; corn-based arepas are the daily bread for Venezuelans. Each corn bread is stuffed with a variety of fillings, such as meats, cheeses, beans and vegetables. The three main dishes can be complemented with a soup, salad or side of yuca fries or sweet plantains. Don’t miss the yucca fries which are delicious with the dipping sauces.
