They bake utilizing the highest grade of certified Gluten-Free flours, oats, ingredients and baking to the highest standards.
All the Gluten-Free breads, buns, loaves, baguettes, bagels, pita, muffins, pizza dough, pies, cakes and our raisin cinnamon bread are made with certified Organic gluten-free flour and are Trans fat Free. The oatmeal cookies are made with Gluten-Free oats.
The baking environment is both peanut and nut free.
They carry a variety of home made jams, fresh Gluten-Free pasta and sauces.
