After a frustrating weekend of realizing that gluten free eating NEVER gets easier I wanted to report a happy GF experience. I spent yesterday shopping with my celiac daughter for shoes and jewelry to go with her grad dress and were planning to eat out as a treat. Imagine our surprise when we found that Santé Gluten-Free Restaurant had just opened.
We went right over there and had an excellent meal, great friendly service and was it ever a pleasure to go somewhere that my daughter could order ANYTHING!!!!! I kept saying “I’m so happy” and the young guy at the counter said, “Yeah, I’m hearing that a lot!”
