Almond Flour Pancakes

Gluten Free Pancakes

Ingredients:
1 Egg
3 Ounces of Almond Flour
Plain Yogurt
Butter for Frying

Directions:
Break egg into a bowl and whisk. Add the almond flour and enough yogurt to make a batter.
Heat the butter in a small frying pan. Once melted, pour in a little bit of the batter. Cook for a minute or two until it begins to set. Flip the pancake over and cook for a minute or two on the other side until
lightly browned.
Serve with fresh berries.
