Gluten Free Mixed Berries With Mascarpone-Limoncello Cream

Ingredients:
3/4 Cup Chilled Whipping Cream
4 Ounces Mascarpone Cheese
3 Tablespoons Sugar
3 Tablespoons Limoncello
Assorted Fresh Berries

Directions:
Combine whipping cream, mascarpone, 3 tablespoons of sugar and limoncello in a large bowl. Beat until soft peaks form.
Combine all berries. Toss gently. Place berry mixture in bowl and top with mascarpone cream.
Note: If I have some home made granola on hand (see granola recipe ) I’ll sprinkle some of that on top of the cream.
