Melanie is the mother of two boys.  She has spent countless hours creating recipes for her  son Bradley. Bradley was diagnosed with food allergies at about 9 months. Prior to that he suffered from from eczema and nothing would ease his constant scratching.  Melanie was nursing at the time and what she was eating was affecting Bradley. They determined that he could not eat anything that contained wheat, gluten, eggs, dairy, soy, and several fruits and vegetables. Through trial and error they developed a diet for Bradley. Most gluten free recipes contain other ingredients that Bradley couldn’t eat and if he could, he just did not like them. For his first birthday  Melanie decorated a cantaloupe to resemble a cake.  It was after that day that she really began to get serious about trying to develop recipes that taste good.
