Enjoy the outrageously delicious and varied selection of gluten-free breads and gluten-free desserts. All fresh gluten-free products are made from scratch with only pure, wholesome ingredients (no preservatives).

Holly Beach, founding owner of the Silly Yak Bakery, has been baking gluten-free breads and treats since June of 2002. “The reason I started baking gluten-free was due in part to stubbornness and in part to a passion for baking breads for EVERYONE to enjoy. When I found out how difficult it was to get gluten-free ingredients in bulk, I thought to myself how hard it must be for a person with Celiac disease to deal with obtaining safe and tasty foods on a day-to-day basis. From that point on, I was determined to make it work!”

Initially the Silly Yak Bakery dedicated one day per week to gluten-free baking. As Holly and crew started getting up earlier and earlier to bake, they soon realized that we needed to add a second gluten-free bake day. Thus gluten-free Tuesdays were begun!

Holly has made her dream of a full-time certified gluten-free baking facility a reality. They now bake gluten-free products daily! Stop in for a tour of the new facility.

Born out of family food allergies and intolerances, Mi (Mimi) has been preparing gluten and dairy free foods for the last 10 years. Having been told repeatedly by friends that her baked goods were good enough to sell, she and Stu (Stephanie) recently decided that it was time to take the show on the road.
And so Mi&Stu Foods was created.

Our main focus is to provide non-contaminated, batch tested gluten free products that are delicious and satisfying. We have an ever expanding menu, new recipes always developing based on what our clients want and need. New Day Gluten Free Cafe & Bakery a Dedicated Gluten-Free Facility

New Day Gluten Free offers a delicious variety of gluten free prepared meals and baked goods. All menu items are made from scratch in a dedicated gluten & peanut free facility.

New Day is the brainchild of Kelly Patrick, who was diagnosed with celiac disease five years ago. “It was a long road to my diagnosis,” explained Patrick, who suffered for seven years before being told by her doctors the nature of her disease.

When a gluten-free diet immediately made me better, it was a life-changing experience
she said. But while the change in diet brought Patrick better health, it also induced feelings of isolation and frustration for not being able to eat like the rest of her food-loving Italian family. “When I try to go out to eat, I must be the most tiring customer ever,” she said. “I wanted a place where I can go where nothing is off limits,” she explained.
