Everything in the store is gluten free. Come on in and look around. The latest selection of breads is that are available are absolutely incredible. A couple of current favorites are Canyon Bakehouse, Three Bakers (especially the rye style), the recently new Glutino Genius (it’s like the wonder bread of gluten free) and a new one from Kinnikinnick to name just a few of the most recent. Of course, we still have the trusted Udi’s, Rudi’s and Schar breads.

Stop in an enjoy a fresh Sandwich, Pizza or Grilled Cheese for lunch. For desert we always have fresh baked Cookies and Muffins on hand. Or choose from hundreds of snacks and desserts in the grocery store. For any occasion, pre-order a cake or pie of your choosing .

Louise’s story
I have always been a food addict. I just plain love food and everything about it. I actually thought I was pretty knowledgeable about the whole food thing until the time when my food world was turned upside down. I was diagnosed with Celiac disease. Little did I know this was going to be the start of a new challenge!
I quickly found out that I knew very little about something that is present in so many things we eat; gluten. Celiac disease is characterized by the inability to digest gluten. We must avoid all gluten in order to remain healthy. And this is where my quest began.
