Gluten Free Dining Guide
3 Ways to Find Gluten Free Restaurant Meals
1. Restaurant Menus. Find a restaurant near you that has a gluten free menu online. There is a listing for large Chain Restaurants and a second listing for Other Restaurants sorted by city.
2. The Restaurant Locator is the easiest way to find restaurants. Simply enter your location, a Google map will display the restaurants near you that can serve gluten free meals.
3. 100% GF lists restaurants that are totally gluten free. This is the safest option, unfortunately there are very few of these restaurants.
The restaurants listed here are only a guide to point you in the right direction. There is never a guarantee that the food you will get at any restaurant is going to be gluten free. When you dine out don’t be afraid to ask questions, “Which menu items are gluten free?” “Are you sure that is gluten free?”, “Can you check to make sure?” You need to convince yourself that the restaurant can serve you a safe meal? If the answers you get don’t seem quite right, or the server doesn’t seem knowledgeable or helpful, leave the restaurant.

How does a restaurant get listed in the guide?
A restaurant is listed in the guide if they have a gluten free menu on their website or they indicate on their website that they prepare gluten free meals. Sometimes a restaurant will be listed if it has been recommended by someone as a restaurant that serves gluten free meals. Unfortunately, there is never a guarantee that the food you are served is gluten free, there will be times when you are disappointed. Restaurants change for many reasons, the chef, owners or management may change, the server or kitchen staff may be poorly trained, etc. If you have never been to a restaurant before it is always a good idea to call ahead to make sure the restaurant can serve gluten free meals.
