Gluten Free Sloppy Joes

Ingredients:
1/2 Green Pepper, Diced
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Pound of Ground Turkey
1 6 Ounce Can Tomato Paste
1 Cup of Water
Sloppy Joe Spice Mix (See Below)

Sloppy Joe Spice Mix
1 Tablespoon of Onion Flakes
1 Tablespoon of Paprika
1 Teaspoon of Cumin
1 Teaspoon of Salt
1 Teaspoon of Oat Flour
1/2 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
1/4 Teaspoon of Ground Mustard
1/4 Teaspoon of Celery Seed
1/4 Teaspoon of Black Pepper

Directions:
Dice Green Pepper. Saute in olive oil until tender (about 2-3 minutes).
Add ground turkey to frying pan and brown. While meat is browning, combine tomato paste, water and spice mix. Whisk until smooth and add to browned meat. Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes and serve.
We eat this mixture without any bread or buns, but you can eat it with gluten free bread if so desired.
