Are Chain Restaurants Able To Serve Gluten Free Meals?

Are chain restaurants able to serve gluten free meals when they have so many locations and so many different employees preparing the food? is doing a survey to find out if diners are getting gluten free food when they order at chain restaurants. Take the survey, it only takes a minute and it will help all Celiacs get valuable information about which restaurants they can eat safely at.

The survey asks only one question, “What is the risk of gluten contamination at this restaurant” (it then lists the  name of the restaurant).  You simply tick one of three boxes.  1. Low risk (I feel safe eating at this restaurant.), 2. Some Risk (I am concerned but I still eat there.), 3. High risk I don’t feel safe eating at this restaurant.)
Don’t rate a restaurant unless you have eaten at it a few times.
If you have ideas that well help other Celiacs get gluten free meals at restaurants, leave a comment below.  We appreciate all comments.

About Harold & Dona

This website was developed to help people with Celiac Disease find restaurants that serve gluten free meals. Two members of our family have Celiac Disease. Both of them manage quite well when they eat at home, but when they eat out it is more difficult.
