Origin is a bakery in Victoria, offering exclusively gluten-free baked goods! It all started when two friends, Tara Black and Marion Neuhauser, realized that their friends with dietary restrictions were having a hard time finding tasty wheat-free baking. We love food so much that instead of just being sad for them we decided to do something about it. Our use of high quality, natural and organic ingredients, along with our discerning sense of taste, ensures we provide baking that everyone -gluten intolerant or not- can love. Deby’s is a Completely Gluten Free grocery store and manufacturing facility. They produce over 400 gluten free items, including heat and eat entrees, snacks, bread, take and bake pizza, cake slices, gluten free flour mixes, and more.



Their Flour Blends convert with a lot of success using recipes from older editions of cook books such as the Betty Crocker Cookbooks, and Better Homes & Garden Cook books. Use Deby’s Gluten Free Flour Blend cup for cup for white flour. Use Deby’s Sorghum Rice Flour Blend in place of Whole Wheat Flour.

Gluten intolerance is the result of an immune-mediated response to the ingestion of gluten that damages the small intestine. Your body attacks itself because it sees gluten as dangerous. Celiac Specialties a dedicated gluten free facility

Michelle Fuller, often taught cooking classes. One day, a student asked if she would cook for a friend who had a toddler with an intolerance to wheat and gluten. She agreed and soon began cooking gluten-free meals and baked goods. She used special mixes from gluten-free food companies and also began developing her own recipes.

Before long she began taking orders from people and eventually opened the Celiac Specialties Bakery & Coffee House on June 3, 2003.



Fuller uses her own gluten-free baking base. She blends rice, potato starch, and tapioca starch along with ingredients such as xanthan gum and guar gum to improve texture and elasticity. She also developed her own special baking techniques to handle the gluten-free mixtures which behave very differently from wheat flour doughs and batters.

They also cater to the autistic community with a variety of gluten and casein free breads, donuts,dry mixes and other items.
